Went into the showroom with no clue where to get started with bikes. I knew exactly what I wanted as a first bike (CB 125 R in matt black) but no idea how to get a CBT organised, how to by a brand new vehicle, gear I'll need etc... Both lads spent over an hour going through legalities and set my expectations for delivery times, CBT dates etc but not once did I feel like I was a burden or that I was being forced into a sale. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back to purchase my next bike!

Can’t thank the team enough, Jason and Harrison were brilliant with me I walked in there a brand new rider I had no idea where to start, 5 weeks later I’ve passed my test and absolutely loving my Grom! They got me sorted with everything from buying the bike, getting me kitted out and fast tracked CBT with their riding instructors. I’ve worked in many customer facing roles and I know good service when I get it and I honestly can’t thank all the lads there enough for how helpful they’ve been with me. See you for my next bike lads.

TL;DR - Bought 2 bikes from the lads, and would do it again... if Harrison gets his way it'll be sooner rather than later! 10/10 I wanted to update this one year on since there has been lots of change in my riding career, so since my initial review: - I've passed my big bike test (YAY!); - Traded in my 125R, which is bringing joy to another learner and helping them get through their test. - Ordered and received a beautiful CBR600RR from the gents again. So how was the process a second time round? Ordering and arranging finance were just as easy, if not a little smoother than last time. Harrison gave me some feedback on some of the 'next stage' bikes Honda has to offer, while listening to what I was really looking / hoping for. Walked in with an idea, and a couple hours later I was walking out having ordered my 2024 CBR600RR in matt black. I have to admit it took some time to get the bike delivered, (nothing any dealer could have done since race teams are buying them all!) but every time I went in to bother the lads they were always welcoming and honest about where the delivery process was up to. Nothing was ever too much to ask and communication was on point, not once did I feel like I was being brushed off or that I was being impatient. Whenever I walked into the showroom for an update, or even just a catch up, both Harrison and Jason were friendly, inviting, and up for a good chat, exactly what you want from your local dealer! If you're looking for a local dealer but not sure where to start, honestly you'll be hard pressed to find anyone more accommodating than the lads at IOM Motorcycles. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Went into the showroom with no clue where to get started with bikes. Excellent experience purchasing through IOM Motorcycles from start to finish. Helpful info and advice provided from Jason and straightforward handover with Harrison. Very pleased with bike and price. Highly recommended.

I wasn't proactively looking for advice. I spent some time looking around the new and used bike offers. Mixed offers, from a tiny "Dax" to 1200 BMW'S. Limited choice, eventually 30 bikes. But I felt from the price tags I saw, reasonable. At some stage someone came, asking if there was help needed. He recognised that I was not up to getting into details today. Friendly approach. Nothing more to say
